Shelton Construction Co has developed this website/electronic plan room to enable Contractors quick access to project information including: plans, specifications, addenda, etc.

Depending on the Client/Owner project requirements whether it is an "Invitation to Bid" or "Open Bid" each type will have different steps and/or requirements in order to review the project information.

Projects with an "Invitation to Bid" will require each Contractor to complete the sign-up form and upon review by the CM and Owner it will be determined if you will have an opportunity to receive a username/password to review project information. If you are interested in submitting a proposal you will download the project information.

If it is an "Open Bid" project - the project information will be available for review without a username and each Contractor can download the project information.

DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY

• All project information will be posted on the website including but not limited to: plans, specifications, addenda, bid package clarifications, Architect/Owner clarifications and other pertinent information as applicable for bidding.
• All Contractors will be able to view and receive instant updates when changes occur.
• You will be responsible to download documents as necessary and have the ability to download to your computer and print them or utilize an outside service necessary for large-scale plotting, etc.
